1. Kit description

This product is a colloidal gold rapid detection card for fumonisin, which is used for quantitative detection of fumonisin residues in grain and its products.

2. Principle of kit

This method is based on competitive colloidal gold technology. Two invisible lines are sprayed on the central white film surface of the test card. The top line is the quality control line C, and the bottom line is the test line t; If there is no fumonisin in the sample, most of the fumonisin antibody colloidal gold complexes on the reaction card will be captured by T line and show obvious color; If the sample contains fumonisin, the color of T-line will become lighter or disappear with the increase of fumonisin concentration. The color of the detection line was measured by the card reader, and the fumonisin content in the sample was automatically calculated according to the color and the built-in standard curve of the card reader.
