1. Kit description
This product is a rapid detection card of zearalenone colloidal gold, which is used for quantitative detection of zearalenone residues in grain and its products. The national limit index of zearalenone is 60 μ g／kg(ppb).
2. Principle of kit
This method is based on competitive colloidal gold technology. Two invisible lines are sprayed on the central white film surface of the detection card. The top one is the quality control line C, and the bottom one is the detection line t; If there is no zearalenone in the sample, most of the zearalenone antibody colloidal gold complexes on the reaction card will be captured by the T-line and the T-line will be obvious. If the sample contains zearalenone, the T-line color will be lighter with the increase of zearalenone concentration. The content of zearalenone was determined by measuring the absorbance value of T-line.
