1. Kit description

This product is a colloidal gold rapid detection card for vomit toxin, which is used for quantitative detection of vomit toxin residues in grain and its products. The national limit of vomit toxin is 1mg / kg (PPM).

2. Principle of kit

This method is based on competitive colloidal gold technology. Two invisible lines are sprayed on the central white film surface of the detection card. The top one is the quality control line C, and the bottom one is the detection line t; If there is no vomit toxin in the sample, most of the vomit toxin antibody colloidal gold complexes on the reaction card will be captured by the T-line and the T-line will be obvious. If there is vomit toxin in the sample, the color of T-line will be lighter with the increase of vomit toxin concentration. Determine the content of vomit toxin by measuring the absorbance value of T-line.
